WELL – This is IT! The first COMPLETE Waterproofing / water-resisting “Tips and Tricks”video for all of the rc Scalers out there. I have taken all of my tricks and put them into this 30 minute tutorial to assist my fellow rc ADDiCTS with keeping their Rigs Working, and making them smile. The most comprehensive tutorial I have ever filmed. I know how important this is to folks, and how many hobbyists want to run their Radio Control trucks and cars in the Mud, Water, Snow, and Ice. This complete tutorial will cover the Axial SCX10 trail truck. Many of these tips can be applied to every electric RC. This is only advice, and I warn you that Modding, or running ANY rc in water can Void a warranty. If you mix water and electricity, you always run the risk of ruining your RC’s. So please be aware this video is for entertainment purposes only. Use this advice at your own risk.. but if your prepared to run your rigs in water — may as well do your best to protect them Enjoy!

@TheRCcarDUDE Doing my best to Keep ya entertained bro.. Glad you enjoyed it
Hey DJ, the marine grease is tops as you use and show, a little tip for o-rings and some soft plastics, rubber grease is a better product and wont cause some types of orings to swell, and cause bind, or actually swell and become ineffective. Not saying the type of marine grease you use would, but the Castrol Rubber grease is the bomb.
Top vids, love how you dont take things too seriously, but seriously take your hobby !
@TheRCcarDUDE 30 twss in a 34 min. vid means 1 twss per minute. dang

hey medic what would the best battery to get for that model of the honcho
i have a question about the servo once you have plasti-dipped it. Do you need to beak the seal around the spline coming out of it where you put the o-ring in? i know that after that (if you do need to do that) the o-ring will keep the servo gears sealed off from anywayer but it seems like the plasti-dip will seise the out going spline. is this correct?
how do you make a waterproof container?

Medic, somewhere in the video you mentioned clean water. Does this mean a setup like this cannot work in sea water?
what about a rc buggy is it the same:)
smth about waterproofing ESC… wont that plasti dip layer trap heat in tranzistors what will lead it to overheat?
@bajavas21 That is why you leave the fins, or the heat posts exposed
@djmedic2008 silly me, that ‘radiator’ is actually covering all transistors, sorry for stupid question.
@bajavas21 Never a dumb question bro.. GLAD YOU ASKED!
